I Grew Up Sellin' Pigs & Cars
It's true! I'm from a small town in Southern Utah called Hurricane, but pronounced Hurrican and if you are super local it's Her-ken. I grew up on my parents car lot (literally the house we lived in was also the office for the car lot) washing cars, taking calls and doing everything I could to help our family business. It instilled in me work ethic, a desire to be my own boss and I guess  a little competitiveness. (Although according to me there was no real competition). I raised pigs and sold them at the state fair and competed in the local pageants. If fact winning those pageants was how I got a scholarship to San Diego State where I graduated with a degree in Business Management. But now what.. what did I really want to do?
Meet The BaumSquad
My two great loves are God and my family and I knew that I wanted to have my own family someday. I didn't think I would meet my future husband and get married in 5 months total.

I have learned that "Life is what happens while you are planning for it." Almost 15 years later we have 5 wildly fun sons ages 12 to 3 and they are know as the BaumSquad (a little play on Kirschbaum). I always knew that in addition to being a mom, that I wanted to create or be a part of something that would contribute to others.

I couldn't have imagined that I would be able to develop the skills and build businesses that would allow me to grow my impact, income and influence like I have and being a devoted mother and wife.

A Setback And Come Back
Life was perfect. Beautiful home, great job, healthy kids, but God had something better prepared. Almost 10 years ago everything changed. Businesses feel apart, finances evaporated and we were forced to move in with my in laws. I love my in laws, but it ignited in a me a desire to claim what I knew was possible. I take massive action and follow his lead.

I didn't know exactly how a mother of 3 ( with 2 kids under 3) was going to find time to build a business and be a mom. Over the course of the next 12 months I found the time, developed some basic skills and was able to replace our income.

Then at 24 months, I brought my husband home from work and we moved back into the home we had to leave. We combined our skills sets and although it hasn't been perfect, we get to work together.

It's now been almost 10 years and we moved to Hawaii and live right on the ocean still pursuing our passion of empowering others through optimal health and business entrepreneurship.
